Getting paid

Stripe pays you, on Stripe's schedule. Buyers pay into your own Stripe account, so Stakk never holds your money. How payouts work.

One all-in rate, from 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included. No monthly fee and no setup fee. If your Stripe account settles in a currency other than US dollars, Stripe adds about 2%, so a typical sale lands near 12%.

No. Refunding is your call, and you refund the full amount the buyer paid. Stakk's fee and Stripe's processing fee are not returned.
Your buyers

They can get it back themselves at stakk.store/orders. They enter their email and order number, and the download is sent again to that same email.

You do. You decide every refund on your own products. Stakk does not issue refunds for you or step into disputes.
